Fernando Benitez

Fernando developed his immigration case-support experience through hands-on work alongside U.S. immigration attorneys. Over approximately two years, he has focused on humanitarian matters, declarations, factual consistency, evidence organization, form preparation, data analysis, and attorney-aligned workflows.

His approach combines structured factual development, careful listening, strong software proficiency, and both qualitative and quantitative data analysis. 01

Why CIMS was created

CIMS grew from a recurring challenge: legal teams spend substantial time organizing facts, correcting forms, developing declarations, reviewing records, and coordinating digital files. It was created to connect the people, information, evidence, systems, and workflows behind each matter—owning the operational work and presenting clear analysis without separating the case from counsel’s standards and responsibility.

02

Based in Buenos Aires, connected from Latin America

CIMS operates 100% remotely from Buenos Aires, Argentina, with strong overlap with U.S. business hours and direct Spanish-language capability. Distance should not feel like distance: by working inside the firm’s systems, schedules, and communication rhythm, CIMS is designed to feel like part of the office.
