A clear and collaborative workflow
Every firm has its own procedures, templates, systems, and expectations. CIMS works within those structures, manages the operational workflow with independence, and elevates only the issues that require legal judgment or approval.

Substantially complete work product aligned with the firm’s instructions.
The supervising attorney reviews the recommendation and work product, determines eligibility and legal theories, and confirms or adjusts the legal strategy.
A clear legal decision and any focused revisions.
Incorporate corrections and check factual consistency, names, dates, document order, pagination, file naming, and completeness.
A clean, submission-ready package for final attorney authorization.
Firms may choose to work through CIMS Portal, our own Case Management System. Alternatively, CIMS can work within the systems already used by the firm, such as Docketwise, Clio Manage, MyCase, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Word, Adobe Acrobat, shared drives, project-management tools, and other secure systems approved by the firm.
CIMS is prepared to enter written confidentiality, non-disclosure, and data-handling agreements aligned with the supervising firm’s requirements, the applicable jurisdiction, and the attorney’s professional obligations. Case information is handled through access-controlled systems and workflows approved by the firm.
