We handle the operational work. You focus on strategy.
CIMS is a remote immigration paralegal team in Argentina. We prepare the facts, documents, and evidence behind each case, so your time goes to thinking, not to assembling paper.
Why work with CIMS?
We help immigration attorneys and law firms.
We take on the operational work and the groundwork of each case, then hand it back organized so you can decide the final strategy.
Bilingual team: English & Spanish
When many of your clients speak Spanish, their story is best told in their own language. We work with it in Spanish and deliver the work to you in English.
Your week should go to your clients, your hearings, and new cases, not to paperwork.

Remote doesn't mean distant. It means a team fully dedicated to your cases.
- We adapt to how you work. We learn your methods, your templates, and how you like to review.
- We adapt to your schedule. We work on U.S. business hours, in your firm's time zone.
- Communication your way. Email, video calls, and the tools your team already uses.
- Clear communication, always organized. You know where every case stands without having to ask.

Understand the case

Review the record
We review forms, declarations, notes, records, and evidence, then organize what's missing.
Develop the facts
We build the chronology, identify gaps, and prepare focused follow-up questions.
Flag and propose next steps
We flag inconsistencies, then propose next steps to complete the facts and documentation.
Deliver the package
With the corrections made, we deliver a complete, organized package, ready for you to sign and submit.
We define how we'll work
Before we start, we agree with you on templates, review preferences, and how we'll communicate.
Written confidentiality
We're prepared to sign written confidentiality, non-disclosure, and data-handling agreements aligned with your firm's requirements.
Your approved systems
Case information is handled only through access-controlled systems approved by your firm.
Case types we work on.
Do you handle other case types? We can train for them. Let's talk.
Track your cases in your own system, or in ours.
You can keep working in your firm's case-management system or, if you prefer, use CIMS Portal: our case-tracking system with an attorney view, available as an option at no additional cost.

Your clients' information, handled with care
- No files in the portal. Documents stay in Google Drive. The portal keeps statuses, dates, notes and links.
- Each person sees only what is theirs. Your firm sees only its own cases. CIMS paralegals see only the cases assigned to them. The database enforces this, not just the screen.
- Invitation only, no passwords. CIMS invites each user. Sign-in is a one-time link or a 6-digit code sent by email. Removing someone's access takes effect immediately.
- Every change is recorded. Each status change, note and message shows who made it and when.
- Encrypted connection and encrypted daily backups. The portal runs over HTTPS. Backups are encrypted before they are stored.
- No tracking. The portal has no analytics or advertising tools. Automatic emails carry the case number, never the client's name.
Why I started CIMS.

Working with immigration attorneys, I saw the same thing again and again: highly sensitive files put together under pressure, documents that didn't line up with each other, and an operational load that took the hours attorneys needed for their clients.
I founded CIMS to change that. I want every attorney who opens a file we prepared to feel confident: consistent, carefully reviewed documents, every issue we find flagged in time, and continuous follow-up so nothing falls through the cracks.
My background in organizing, managing, and coordinating information drew me to humanitarian cases, and with that came a commitment: to help, through my work, ensure each person's story is presented with the care it deserves. That was my starting point, and today I keep expanding my knowledge into new types of immigration cases.
Security, trust, order, and responsibility. That's what you can expect from us.
